Here is a current list of scholarships that any women in computing can benefit from.

Scholarships

Buildium Women in Technology Scholarship

Awards one $2,500 scholarship each semester to a woman who can explain which female leader most inspires them to pursue their dreams, and why.

Submission Deadlines:

Fall 2019 Scholarship applications open on October 1st and close on November 1st. Spring scholarship rotation opens on March 15, 2020 and closes on April 15, 2020.

Microsoft Diversity Scholarship

Recipients receive paid registration to one of the following diversity conferences: Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing, National Society of Black Engineers Conference, Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers Conference, Tapia Conference

Google Conference Scholarships

Google has designed their North American program to expose career opportunities to those who identify as historically excluded in tech. This includes those who identify as Women, Black/African American/Caribbean/WestIndies, Hispanic/Latinx, and Native American/First Nations.

Submission Deadlines:

IEEE Women in Engineering International Leadership Conference; closes on April 1, 2021.
International Conference on Learning Representations (ICLR); closes on April 12, 2021.

NCWIT Aspirations in Computing

The NCWIT Collegiate Award honors the outstanding computing accomplishments of undergraduate and graduate women. Conferred annually, the award recognizes technical contributions to projects that demonstrate a high level of innovation and potential impact.

Point Foundation Scholarship

Point Foundation (Point) is the nation’s largest higher education scholarship-granting organization for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) students. Point’s multifaceted support of its scholarship recipients (“scholars”) extends far beyond direct financial contribution toward the cost of their education. Each scholar is paired with a mentor and participates in leadership development programs and events.

Palantir Scholarship for Women in Technology

10 scholarship recipients will be chosen and invited to a virtual developmental workshop. Programming will include professional development sessions and breakout discussions with our engineers. All recipients will be awarded grants of $7,000 to support their education.

Submission Deadlines:

The 2021 application period is now open. The deadline to apply is Thursday, April 1, 2021 at 4:00 PM PST.

Grace Hopper Scholarship from Anita Borg Institute

Grace Hopper Conference is the largest conference celebrating women in computing. The Anita Borg institute, which organizes the conference, provides scholarships every year to those who apply.
